Wine Distillate

Italian Brandy

In addition to the production of not aged Wine Spirits, the most prestigious of aged Wine Spirits is also produced and sold: it is “Italian Brandy”, a product with geographical indication which, by regulation, is subjected to an ageing period of at least one year in oak barrels which make the spirit more prestigious, enhancing its organoleptic properties and giving it a unique flavour.

The Brandy produced by Distilleria Deta is also sold in markets like France, characterised by areas with deep artisan tradition and by well established production such as the large districts of Cognac and Armagnac.
